This place rocks… literally! The have some small toys ( like dinosaurs) so we were able to play hide and seek rock with the dinos climbing version. Also managed to make my son look like a poster. No that is my actual kid.. he was thrilled to be there.

Pure fun! And it’s also a workout. Could also be a great team builder or a way to blow off steam. I was impressed at how challenging it was but also how I rose to the occasion as a non-athlete.

We secured a lesson with Maggie for my just turned four year old. He's never done any rock climbing other than usual jungle gym things and Maggie was super patient with him and encouraged him. He loves it so much that he wanted to come straight there and climb. The front desk could use some work on efficiency but I think it could be a GenZ thing. Maggie, however, is fantastic and we are so impressed with her skills, relatability, and professionalism.

Melanie always brings so much joy to everyone around her every time I stop by the gym to see her. I love her yoga classes and how she adds alternative poses for people who may be struggling with a pose. If you want to try yoga for the first time or if you’ve done it before already, Melanie does a great job meeting the needs of both experienced and new yoga students.

Edit 2: on 5/16/25, the AC is broken again. Don’t worry though. They have techs coming to look at it. Edit 1: membership now $107/mo. 27% price increase in just a few months. This gym has been without functioning AC for the entire summer of 2024. I would wait until the weather cools down before visiting. An additional downside to the heat is that the gym smells like a sweaty locker room. Management has not explained what the issue is, and it’s unclear why the issue has persisted for so long during the hottest part of the year. Management says that they have been in “constant communication” with their HVAC company, but this communication still hasn’t translated into a functional AC system and more reasonable temperatures. Momentum has not maintained the Silver Street location and it is no longer on par with other modern gyms or the $84/mo price tag. A new bouldering gym is under construction about 10 minutes away, scheduled for completion in 2025. On the plus side, bouldering is a good activity and gym also has cardio and weightlifting equipment.
