Life Time Fitness

If you are looking into lifetime because you do a lot of group fitness, stop right here and take this as your sign. I recently became a member of the lifetime here and it is absolutely worth it! Previously, I was paying for a gym membership, pilates class packs, sauna access, pickleball court reservation, and orangetheory classes, on top of one off yoga, solidcore, etc, and it was just too much. On top of constantly having to drive all around town and plan for traffic, I was paying so much! Having access to all these amenities, albeit some compromises, is so worth the money to me considering how much i was paying previously and the fact it's all consolidated in one space makes a huge difference to my mental health. One commute, one space, if i change my mind about attending a class i can just pop my head in a different class or workout on the gym floor. No more late cancel fees and waitlists, just show up and go. I'm in my honeymoon phase with lifetime right now. I've been trying out all kinds of classes, clinics, personal training, new equipment, and ways to enjoy the spa amenities. I spent a whole evening here once just pampering myself in the locker room. The class times are variable, if you have a regular gym time you can definitely try out different types of classes throughout the week because what's available at each time switches up each day. I'm eagerly waiting for this location to get a CTR class, but there are already so many classes to choose from!

Life Time Fitness in Greenway Plaza is absolutely outstanding! The gym is spotless, spacious, and equipped with everything you could ever need for a great workout. We truly look forward to coming here and can easily spend hours enjoying the gym, classes, and amenities. One of the biggest perks is being able to access other Life Time locations when we travel—such a huge bonus! The staff is a major part of what makes this place so enjoyable. They’re always welcoming, friendly, and ready to help. A special shoutout to Desiree, who consistently goes above and beyond to make our experience even better. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a premium fitness experience!

We joined this location about two weeks ago and were impressed during the initial tour. Amenities like the stretching area, massage chairs, and massage guns were highlighted as part of the experience. However, after joining, we learned that several of these features are only accessible if you book and pay for a stretch session with a provider. That was not clearly communicated during the tour. We also attempted to use the pool equipment (floats, noodles, kickboards), and were told by staff that those are restricted to class use only. Other Life Time locations we’ve visited allow general access to pool equipment, so this was unexpected. At nearly $500 per month, we anticipated a more transparent explanation of what is included versus what requires additional payment. The facility is clean and staff from childcare were great, but the number of restrictions has been disappointing. Very disappointed by this experience on just my second visit to this location

This is the best gym I have ever been to. I mean it’s so clean, everything you need is there, and it pays for itself. I love the sauna & steam rooms! The basketball courts are so clean, and are some fun runs. There are so many squat racks, and tons of equipment to choose from! The pool on the roof is the icing on the cake. Sometimes I just go out and sit there and just enjoy the beautiful weather up there, and a Houston sunset up there is so great! I love coming here!

Highly recommend Maggie for personal training. She truly understands the female body and has been incredibly knowledgeable about working with PCOS. She has tailored everything to my specific needs, and in just six weeks I’ve lost 12 pounds and feel like myself again. I was honestly nervous to start working with a trainer, but she makes every session feel comfortable, supportive, and even fun. I’m so grateful and wish I started sooner!!! Thank you Maggie!!!!!
