I absolutely love everything about Lifetime CityCentre! Every class is such a joy, and the energy from the instructors is truly inspiring. Jared, our Studio Leader, doesn’t just lead the team — he genuinely cares about each member and instructor, making everyone feel supported and motivated. Every instructor I’ve met is amazing (too many great names to mention😁🤣♥️), bringing passion, positivity, and fun to every session. The Concierge Team is always so friendly and helpful, and Membership Concierge Leader, Fahad Alsammarraie, is simply outstanding — always going above and beyond, making sure every member feels welcomed, valued, and taken care of. Their dedication truly makes a difference in everyone’s experience💯 This gym isn’t just a place to work out — it’s a community full of warmth, encouragement, and inspiration. I honestly consider Lifetime CityCentre my second home. ✨🏠🤗

First impressions are everything. I’ve been with Life Time for a number of years. The front desk team; from Freddy & Kim, to Leo, Gabi, Grace, Steven, Roxanna, Michael and Cindy…they have become friends and more like extended family. A big shout to Mike and his Cafe team! Marc and Dorjon at Life Time Fitness were absolutely amazing. Both were incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my visit. They went out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable, answered all my questions, and provided excellent service with a great attitude. You can tell they truly care about members and take pride in what they do. Their positivity and work ethic really stood out and made my experience at Life Time even better. Highly recommend recognizing both of them for outstanding service.

Such a wonderful facility! The staff is so friendly and helpful. You won’t find a better place for PB. Yoga is great- took a Boga Board Yoga class with Mary that was amazing, fun and challenging!

I had an amazing experience at Life Time! The gym itself is clean, well organized, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a great workout. The staff were welcoming and professional throughout my visit. One of the highlights of my time there was booking an appointment for the Stretch & Massage service. I was assisted by Grant Estill, and he was absolutely fantastic. Grant not only provided a relaxing and effective stretch session, but he also took the time to teach me several valuable leg stretches that I can now incorporate into my routine. His knowledge, professionalism, and positive energy really made the session outstanding. Overall, I left feeling refreshed, more flexible, and well taken care of. Highly recommend both the gym and the Stretch & Massage service and **if you can, book with Grant!** I’ll definitely be back.
