Launch West Houston

We came here for the first time and ended up staying way longer than we planned — which honestly never happens for us at places like this. This place has everything. My kids were nonstop moving between activities — arcade, trampolines, obstacle areas, basketball, VR — and on top of that they also have bowling, pool tables, darts, and even a rope course up above which is really cool to see in person. There’s also a comfortable seating area with couches and a cafeteria-style space, so you’re not just standing around the whole time. As a parent, that part mattered a lot. I was actually able to sit, relax, and enjoy myself while still keeping an eye on the kids. The staff was genuinely kind and helpful, and the whole place felt clean and well-run. We had food while we were there (nachos, salsa, etc.) and they were super accommodating with little requests, which I appreciated. Another huge plus — they have a bar, which I’ve honestly never seen done this well in a place like this. It makes it feel a lot more enjoyable for adults too, not just something you tolerate for the kids. What really made the experience though was the atmosphere. My kids made friends, I met other parents, and it turned into one of those days where everything just flowed and worked out perfectly. We’ll definitely be back. If you’re looking for a place where kids can burn energy and adults can actually enjoy being there too, this is it.

I brought my 6 and 12 year old granddaughters for the first time today. I was instantly impressed by how friendly and helpful the front staff was, assisting with waiver, check in and play options. The atmosphere was fun, spacious, and well maintained throughout. We normally go to a different trampoline park so the girls were a little overwhelmed with all of the activities and didn't know where to start. One employee made ALL the difference for us and our overall experience! Corey was stationed at the Pixel Floor. He immediately invited us over, showed us how the interactive play worked and even joined in the first few rounds with girls to break the ice!! They had so much fun and even made their way back to the Pixel floor again later in our visit! Corey was engaging, funny and great with my girls and the other guests I noticed him interacting with. It was obvious he enjoys what he's doing and its not just a job. It goes a long way when the guests are made to feel comfortable and not like a bother. The food was hot and fresh and we even got to meet Joey! My first impression has been a great one and we'll definitely be back. The cost is slightly higher than our usual spot, but no doubt worth it. We come back here 2 weeks in a row because the kids LOVE it! It is spacious, super clean and has a lot of variety of arcade games. Everyone from the front desk, to the staff, to the supervisor are extremely courteous and helpful. The supervisor Lam also explained to us different birthday packages. The pizza is actually cheesy and good, not cold and stale like other places! Darius helped us with the rope course. He is patient, professional and courteous. We are very happy with this facility!

This place is AWESOME!! We came here for my daughter’s birthday with 5 kids, ages 8 - 16. Everyone from the girl at the front desk to the game operators to the people serving food - truly exceptional customer service. We spent 5 full hours here!! And the kids would have loved to stay even longer. Getting the full pass is worth every penny. All the games WORK. All the experiences were OPEN. I can’t say enough good things about this place. My entire family LOVED it. And special shout out to manager Rich for hooking my kids up at the ticket counter, and to Gabby at Krave.
