We come back here 2 weeks in a row because the kids LOVE it! It is spacious, super clean and has a lot of variety of arcade games. Everyone from the front desk, to the staff, to the supervisor are extremely courteous and helpful. The supervisor Lam also explained to us different birthday packages. The pizza is actually cheesy and good, not cold and stale like other places! Darius helped us with the rope course. He is patient, professional and courteous. We are very happy with this facility!

This place is AWESOME!! We came here for my daughter’s birthday with 5 kids, ages 8 - 16. Everyone from the girl at the front desk to the game operators to the people serving food - truly exceptional customer service. We spent 5 full hours here!! And the kids would have loved to stay even longer. Getting the full pass is worth every penny. All the games WORK. All the experiences were OPEN. I can’t say enough good things about this place. My entire family LOVED it. And special shout out to manager Rich for hooking my kids up at the ticket counter, and to Gabby at Krave.

I brought my 6 and 12 year old granddaughters for the first time today. I was instantly impressed by how friendly and helpful the front staff was, assisting with waiver, check in and play options. The atmosphere was fun, spacious, and well maintained throughout. We normally go to a different trampoline park so the girls were a little overwhelmed with all of the activities and didn't know where to start. One employee made ALL the difference for us and our overall experience! Corey was stationed at the Pixel Floor. He immediately invited us over, showed us how the interactive play worked and even joined in the first few rounds with girls to break the ice!! They had so much fun and even made their way back to the Pixel floor again later in our visit! Corey was engaging, funny and great with my girls and the other guests I noticed him interacting with. It was obvious he enjoys what he's doing and its not just a job. It goes a long way when the guests are made to feel comfortable and not like a bother. The food was hot and fresh and we even got to meet Joey! My first impression has been a great one and we'll definitely be back. The cost is slightly higher than our usual spot, but no doubt worth it. Thanks Corey and staff for an amazing day!!

Great customer service, Manager went above and beyond to help accommodate my family and making my nieces birthday extra special! Definitely a great family fun place! Suitable for all ages! They have it all here from jumping, arcade, bowling, food, claw machines, and even great food! My family and I will definitely be here every week! Thank you guys so much for making this day so special and fun for my family and I.

We didn't get to experience all the attractions but we did play some arcade games. You can get an arcade card by going to the kiosk. I opted for the $20 card with 108 credits I believe. Definitely worth the price games range from 6, 8 or 12 credits. One thing I REALLY liked about this place (besides the customer service) is you actually get to play thr games. I've noticed at other places like Dave and Busters or Main Event when you play a game it usually is over pretty quickly but when my kids and I played some of the arcade games you actually get to play a lot of rounds. One game.we played my son said "wow I'm still playing " lol we're so used to being on a game for less than 60 seconds haha Also shout out to PERLA who was great answering all my questions. I had an issue with a machine that wasn't working she quickly resolved the problem and gave us extra credits on our game card! She was super sweet. The establishment is big, clean, there's golf, bowling, trampoline, virtual reality, etc. Also a food court but we didn't eat here. We'll definitely come back
