Jumping World - NW Houston

I brought my son here and unfortunately did not have a good experience. The staff member named Cristian we interacted with was not welcoming or helpful when I asked about the differences between the packages. He seemed uninterested in assisting us and avoided engaging in conversation, yet was noticeably more friendly and talkative with other specific guests. The difference in treatment made us feel racially discriminated against, which is extremely disappointing in a place that should make all families feel welcome and respected. In addition, several trampolines appeared worn with large tears that looked unsafe and potentially dangerous. Overall, we did not feel valued as customers and will not be returning. Save your money honestly!

Took my son and his friend here and they had the BEST time! The park was clean, fun, and very well organized. There was so much for them to do, they stayed entertained the whole time. The staff was friendly and made sure the kids were safe while still letting them have fun. Perfect place to let kids burn off energy and make memories. We’ll definitely be back!

⭐️ 1 Star – Extremely Disappointing Experience We hosted our granddaughter’s 4th birthday party at Jumping World located at 14147 Northwest Freeway, Houston, and from beginning to end, this was by far the worst customer service experience we have ever had at a children’s party venue. The party was scheduled to start at 6:30 PM, and we were told the pizza would be ready by 8:00 PM. As soon as we arrived, staff placed all of the sodas on the table. Because the children had already been jumping, the sodas were gone well before the food arrived, leaving the kids with nothing to drink while waiting. The pizza did not arrive until 8:40 PM, over 40 minutes late. When I asked the party host if the pizza was made on site, she said yes. We later found out this was not true. The pizza was actually delivered from Little Caesars—specifically two “Hot-N-Ready” pizzas that were neither hot nor ready. This was extremely misleading. At no point during booking were we told that the pizza would be ordered from an outside restaurant. If guests are not allowed to bring in outside food, it is very deceiving to have outside food included in a paid party package. It also raises concerns about food quality and liability should anyone become sick from third-party food. In addition to the food issues, at every turn we had to request basic items that should have been automatically provided as part of a birthday party package—spoons for the ice cream, cups, drinks, and other essentials. Nothing was proactively set up or checked on. We constantly had to hunt someone down just to get what was needed. Another major disappointment was that rock climbing was advertised as part of the party package, yet it was not available during our event. This was never communicated in advance, and no alternative or adjustment was offered. Before the pizza arrived, I went to the front desk to speak with a manager regarding the delay. The manager, Melissa, was extremely unprofessional and had a very poor attitude. She was not accommodating and acted as though the situation did not matter. When I asked what accommodation could be provided for the inconvenience, the only thing offered was additional time—by that point, we no longer wanted to stay. This was supposed to be a special celebration for a 4-year-old child, and instead it turned into a frustrating and disappointing experience for both the children and the adults. We are extremely dissatisfied and do not recommend this location at all. There are far better venues in Houston that provide transparency, basic hospitality, and customer service that matches what is promised and paid for.
