Jumping World - NW Houston

My kids enjoy coming and jumping around. There's usually a big crowd since it's very popular. The arcade games are not tu bad;some are out of service but most were fun for my kids .

All downhill from here. Employees are telling it wasn't a good enough job. And was strict-ish back then. It opened about 7 years or 8 years ago. Had better management.....seems it was just for show. As well not a surprise the employees gotten ruder. Some management was unprofessional even towards the jump gaurds they call em. And cell phone usage is a huge no no...better off it seems to sky sports. This used to be a good place...arguably. time tells everything.

The worst place that I have taken the children. The machines don’t give you receipts and they are 3 dollars each. The staff is so unreliable. It’s so expensive for no fun at all. Never going there again!

Nice place. The kids loved the trampolines! Had a lot of fun jumping around. Now for the drawbacks... Most of the arcade games either never worked or just ate up money. (But the hosts refunded the charges if you went back to counter and complained.) It was too crowded. Some of party kids didn't feel right to be there in such a crowded indoor space! Since we had already paid for our birthday party, we didn't have another option! They should really pay attention to safety and crowd control.

I had a last-minute party reservation when walking in, as my daughter wasn’t sure what she wanted to do for her birthday. I honestly didn’t expect to get a reservation without booking ahead, but the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly, and Jesus went above and beyond to help us secure a spot. Everything went smoothly—better than expected. Jesus even offered the rock wall on the house, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The staff was attentive, and the service exceeded our expectations. My daughter, her friends, and all the kids had an amazing time. We’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you!
