Great atmosphere. Great coach. Tough workouts, but you gym family will get you through it. I've seen amazing results in myself and in the other members at the gym. Please try it for yourself.

Linda, owner/head trainer, is the best! This gym is for EVERYONE! It doesn't matter you're fitness level or experience with weights. Everything can be modified to your fitness levels. Its semi personal training. This is probably one of the cleanest gyms I've been a member of. You see the members cleaning weights & equipment in between each round. A small gym but a supportive gym family!

HIIT Houston is the exact atmosphere and class I’ve been looking for. I’m busy with work and family so I don’t always make time for a traditional gym. But I always make time for Linda’s classes! Linda is knowledgeable about correct form when strength training. She really pushes you. l have a preference for group exercises so I like the group atmosphere. Everyone that I’ve worked out with have been very nice and friendly. She has a handful of class times throughout the day Monday through Friday and one on Saturday. It’s easy to sign up for a class on the app. I’m looking forward to getting stronger and stronger thanks to Linda and thanks to me.

Great atmosphere, great trainers, great workouts! You’ll leave every workout session smiling and feeling accomplished. I don’t know why anyone would join a big chain gym when you could have a much more personal experience here with guidance from coaches who actually care about you reaching your health and fitness goals.

Amazing gym!! The workouts are fun, change daily, and will challenge you regardless of your fitness level. The fellow members are inspiring and help create an awesome atmosphere. I highly recommend checking this gym out.
