Giant Bicycle Store

I drove around Houston for about 30 minutes trying to find someone who could switch out the pedals on my electric bike with no luck. I finally stopped at Urban Bike Gallery, and I’m so glad I did. Madison took care of it for me right away with no problems, and I didn’t even have to leave my bike it was done while I waited. While I was there, I walked around the shop and they have an amazing selection of bikes. They’re definitely high-end, but the prices are reasonable for the quality. The customer service alone made the experience worth it. I love this place, and when it’s time to upgrade, I’ll absolutely be coming back !

21-Dec-25 Update: The note on the store has changed, now saying store is closed for the foreseeable future with a new email address for contact. I still haven't received any response from the store to my many previous emails. 12-Dec-25 Update: I just went to the store and at least there is a note posted saying they are tentatively re-opening on 2-Jan-26 with an email address to arrange pickup of bikes. Still no indication on their website of any issues however. ••••••••• Confirming another recent review (Adrian Strong), UBG is currently closed for business and not responding to phone calls or email. I left my Turbo Vado ebike for a warranty repair over a month ago and am now unable to get any reply to pickup my bike. I'm not sure when they shut but my first missed phone call was Tuesday 2nd December, so some recent 5 star reviews in the last week seem rather suspicious. It seems they used to provide good service, but their management of this situation is terrible, I will never trust a bike with them again even if/when they do re-open.

Wes and the guys got me in and out in 20 minutes when another LBS had my bike all week without even diagnosing the problem. They knew immediately what the problem was when the other guys spent a week scratching their heads. Great service

Great customer service 🤩 came in as a walk in and they immediately greeted me and started to help me with my bike needs. I love this place so much. I'll continue to be a repeat customer for sure!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Urban Bicycle Gallery was amazing from start to finish! They gave me the best price in town to build my new fixed gear bike, and the whole team was so professional, helpful, and friendly. They answered all my questions and had everything done super quickly. I really appreciated how they made me feel like a priority—not just another customer. It’s so nice to support a local business that truly cares. Highly recommend!
