Don’t waste your money! The real reviews on the Houston location is 2 stars. Absolutely the worst experience ever and I’ve been to a lot of escape rooms. Terrible customer service. Our game tech Denise wasted about 20 minutes of our time of not giving us any clues when asked. We had to literally leave the room to get her attention.

We had an absolutely WONDERFUL time! Elsa was super helpful and a wonderful moderator! 10/10 recommend to come out here! We did Lost In Time and it was super fun!

My gf and I loved The Alamo room, and our game master was attentive and fun! This was my friend’s 1st escape room, but we both were blown away with the inside details and the fun of the game. There were definitely some challenging elements, but we loved it! We beat the clock with 4 minutes to spare. This was my first escape room at this location, but it definitely won’t be my last!

Came in today 1/18/2026 and the lady at the front desk was so rude! First, we arrived at 3:20 for a 3:30 pm room as walk ins. We were going to make the reservation online at 3:00 and seen 10 spots left but we decided to drive up since it showed on gps we were going to get there at 3:18 and weren't going to be let in after. I seen no refunds so I wanted to go in person but instead we get there and she gives us a whole speech about how the start time is at 3:15 and we were 5 minutes late and how we should have booked online and that the people who reserved online were already in. So we decide alright well we'll play the next theme at 4:15 we grabbed a quick bite and reserved our time for 4:15 and arrived at 4:00. She says okay we're just waiting for a party of 3 to show up so we wait til 4:15 and the group doesn't arrive and she begrudgingly says okay well you guys can go in the room. We go in and don't start til about 4:18 because they had to go over rules. We start the game and 20 minutes pass by and the other group finally shows up. How is it fair that we get there 10 minutes before the previous game time and aren't able to go to enter the room but they show up 20 minutes after the game starts and they're let in???? Not sure what the ladies name was but the younger one with purple/blue hair was a lot nicer. If I was the business owner I'd look more into it because I'm sure the other lady has lost them a ton of money especially from seeing these posts. We were so close to just doing the immersive thing across from them but decided to just suck it up. Someone even took a picture of her on here the lady acted as if she was paying out of her own pocket to keep the lights on at this place. The Humble location was WAYYYY better. The reason for the 2 stars was cause the room was decent and somewhat hard but we made it out with 9 minutes left.

We had a family party of 6, including a small child (6 yr old) and majority first timers and chose the Pandemic room. Omg, it felt so real! Our host, Elsa, was a great help...and funny, too. We unfortunately failed and caught the pandemic... but she made us feel like winners!! We will all def be back to this location.
