Elite MMA Houston

I joined Elite MMA Memorial/Spring Valley with my son a year ago and have truly fallen in love with Jiu-Jitsu. The coaches are highly knowledgeable, the students span all age groups, and the entire community is friendly and respectful. The facility is clean, organized, and well-run. Training twice a week has helped me build real self-defense skills and improve my overall strength. I went from needing to sit out half the class to now completing every session. This place has genuinely become a part of my lifestyle.

My son and I had recently joined Elite MMA couple of months ago. Our experience has been fantastic. The staff and assistance are extremely professional and friendly. They make everybody feel very welcome, especially beginners and newcomers. There are no egos here, everyone works together, and there is a strong sense of community here. So far Elite MMA has been great for our family. Shout out to Ms. Devan & Coach Cristian.

My daughter has been training at Elite mma - at a variety of their locations - with Coach Cruz. I can’t praise them enough. Extremely grateful for their entire teams dedication and how amazing Coach Cruz is with my daughter and the other kids in their lessons. Having young kids in BJJ, at a young age, can be intimidating but they have an amazing time and learn so much every class.

Highly recommend!!! place is awesome the instructors and the students set a comfortable environment and you can tell that they care to improve both in the setting and by paying attention to the students and their improvement giving advice when needed and also by asking questions and really taking into consideration said thing

Coach Cristian and Coach Cisco are the best at creating a fun and welcoming environment for everyone while also helping you improve each day. 100% recommend for anyone looking to train at any skill level.
