Buffalo Bayou Park Hiking Trails

One of my favorite trails ever! Definitely recommend walking past the Wortham towards UHD. Walking the direction of Waugh is popular, but I love the urban landscape under the underpasses in the direction of UHD.

Great place to walk or bike. Nice clean trail path. Great views of the city. There is parking in front of the Lost Lake Visitor center. Several restaurant are in walking distance.

I came here for a run and was pleasantly surprised. So many different trails to take along the water with picturesque views of the cityscape. Native plants, sculptures and dog parks, a great escape! You can take a trail all the way to Memorial Park, but there's so much to see and run just in Buffalo Bayou Park alone.

I love these trails, it is beautiful scenery, beautiful views, and most people are polite if not friendly even. I only wish they were scooter friendly.
