For everyone to know it's imperative and important to go and investigate the depths of the river because people are loosing their lives due to self deleting and accidents are happening lots of cars and bodies have been found it's dangerous and sad so if people driving don't do that save yourself and pray to God for your life I lost my son due to self deleting and it impacts families and friends ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ thanks and God bless!!!

A great spot for paddle boarding. Lots of bridges in this area so you can park in a shady spot for a while. Also, several sections along the Riverwalk have very pretty crรชpe, myrtles and flowers. not quite the cleanest water if you want to swim. A really good spot for family fun.

One of the few protected harbors on the South West Texas coast line. In Freeport. Has a nice marina with wet and dry slips. Easy access. Protected by the flood gates and a 21 ft high levee.

Definatly a neat place, but one can expect other people to just show up, if you can maneuver around without going on private property TOO much, it's an excellant place to explore.
