Nice and fun play for the little (and no so little) ones. Expect a lot of crowd starting at 2 pm on the weekends. There’s a 48” and less area for kids and the rest of the trampolines are mixed - lots of bigger kids playing without caring for the little ones. There are employees around but not paying attention 100% of the time; as a parent, make sure you are looking after your kids. There are a couple of “rides” you need to pay for - not included with the ticket. Nice place for parties but they will kick you out as soon time as time is over and start being pushy 15 minutes before party is over.

Fun for the kids but one the dirtiest, jumping places. The floors are always dirty and sticky the trampolines are filthy. They don’t seem to ever clean this place even if you walk at 10 AM in the morning the floors are nasty. I try to avoid this place as much as possible, unless I’m invited for a birthday!

Very disappointing experience. Bounce Bounce has a great setup with lots of fun activities like a ball pit, foam zone, bumper karts, zip line, and bubble water area. It truly could be a great place for families. However, cleanliness was a major issue. It is extremely dirty, and my kids felt uncomfortable and didn’t want to play. The trampolines also felt very thin and unsafe, like they could tear easily. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and makes improvements.

Dirty, needs alot of repairs, you cant even read most of the signs. Can only tell who staff is by their shirt because they are jumping with shoes on and doing flips. Rules are not enforced

Our family has always loved coming here, and it really is an amazing place for children to enjoy. The facility itself is fantastic, which is why it is so heartbreaking to write this. Unfortunately, during our recent visit, a serious supervision issue resulted in two of my younger siblings getting hurt. The environment makes it feel like a space dedicated entirely to children's safety and fun. However, there seems to be a gap in how staff monitor the areas when adults join in. A grown adult entered the soccer area and began playing very recklessly and aggressively. He didn't seem to realize that it isn't safe or appropriate to play at that high intensity directly around small children who are obviously not at his size or skill level. Because there was no active staff supervision or court monitoring at the time, his rough play directly caused injuries to my two siblings. I am sharing this not to be harsh, but because I truly want this business to succeed and keep our community's kids safe. I don't fully understand why adults are allowed to play so aggressively in the same zones as young children. For the safety of everyone, I highly encourage management to train their staff to actively monitor the courts and enforce clear boundaries between adult players and kids. Parents, please keep a very close eye on your little ones in the mixed-play areas until better supervision rules are put in place.
