Went here to celebrate my 12 yr old son's bday, he had a blast. Go karts were fun, the kids had fun playing arcades and pool. Laser tag wad fun also. Great family atmosphere, clean facility, clean restrooms, and friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Prices were a little higher than expected. Wait was longer than expected for go carts. Paid $30 for an hour "wrist band" that gave us access to go carts, laser tag and game room for 1 hour.... Stood in line 10 min just to get on the go carts once. They didn't go very fast and we were kind of disappointed. Laser tag wasn't a long wait and the attendant was very nice and attentive. The laser tag set up was cool. Game room access only includes a few of the games- not all of them (the ones that award tickets for prizes are not included). Will definitely only be going to visit once in a while with these prices 😬

This place is horrible don't book any birthday parties here not worth the price or time. After our party paid $400 for a birthday party here just for 3 tables and an attendant that I never even saw once. Doesn't even include food like most other places. Waiting times are extremely long. The only thing I was able to do is get on the go karts once and had to wait about 25mins for single it was way longer for a double. You pay all this money and your party gets in line 5 mins after the scheduled time for one last ride you get rude employees telling a 4 yr old birthday boy that he cannot get on and that they need to get out of line after waiting 20 plus minutes in line is a joke. That employees can mouth off to kids and paying customers. As a parent I would've pissed off too talking like that and when you tell the manager and ignores your complaint cause your upset and yelling. Yeah who wouldn't be upset with some rude teenagers mouthing off. Bringing up to the manager and shes ignoring a complaint. Then when you witnessed this same employee trying to mouth off again inside and another employee is pushing him back out to stop and you're letting the manager know but she ignores what you witness and says she has to check the cameras. I would've waiting for her to check her cameras that honestly does not have volume or really see much but I wouldve waited. Not sure if she was not wanting to take a complaint cause her family members are the employees who are mouthing off or her children. I don't believe she will address this as a professional after being told she would need to check cameras. This is definitely not worth the price you cannot even doing anything in that time frame and paying that much money. Party needed to move all items right at 530 and that is the reason they got in line late. Instead of throwing a paper with rules in people's face should learn customer service cause for 5mins late in line and waiting for 20 plus minutes an exception could have been made. This party just paid $400 at your establishment and just to get a $5 game card maybe one laser tag and once on go kart definitely not worth that $400. First and last time there will not recommend to anyone.

We had a blast! We rented the pavilion and had a Birthday by the Bay Party of 30+ people! It was so nice to grill for 3 hours. Peaceful! After we cleaned that up, it was time for Mom to play! 3 hours of fun with the kiddos! We got there at 4, and left at 11:15! Hours of fun!

Had a good time. Not cheap, but reasonable prices compared to other carting places. Have carts of different speeds for different ages.
