UT Physicians Pediatrics

Both doctors we saw are excellent pediatricians. They were patient, kind, and attentive with both my son and daughter. They took the time to listen to our concerns, explained everything clearly, and made the children feel comfortable. We felt truly cared for and are grateful for their professionalism and compassion. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Lankford and his medical staff has been consistently frustrating and disappointing. Communication is virtually nonexistent — messages often go unanswered for weeks, if they’re even acknowledged at all. It’s incredibly stressful trying to get any kind of follow-up or basic response. Appointments are canceled without notice, and there’s very little availability to reschedule, making it nearly impossible to get consistent care. When you finally do get an appointment, there’s a clear lack of urgency or concern from the entire office, including the doctor. It feels like patient care is not a priority here. I understand that healthcare providers are busy, but this level of disorganization and disregard for patients’ time and needs is unacceptable. I would not recommend this practice to anyone looking for attentive, reliable medical care.

My Son been going too UTHealth since birth and I’m happy to say they do a wonderful job with making sure my kid update with vaccinations , and health wise and now he’s 1 year old I have the pleasure to keep him over there moving forward

I am impressed with this clinic. The front desk staff is very friendly, professional, and helpful. Walking through the clinic, the staff was very welcoming. Dr. Moody was also very professional and explained my daughters health plan thoroughly.

A wonderful experience, less than 5 minutes wait time. Staff were all professional. Student doctor and doctor was awesome. Explain everything where I understood. My grandson has come here since he was born, and so has the 6 grandsons. Love the doctors and staff. Only thing I know can be improved,is the time to get an appointment. It normally 6-8 weeks to get in for an appointment.
