UT Physicians Dermatology

I had a great experience at UT Physicians. The staff was very friendly. I was surprised at how fast I was seen. I took a half day off of work and was able to get back with no problem. The nurse was personable and took time to explain exactly what she needed me to do. I highly recommend Dr. ADEKOREWALE ODULATE-WILLIAMS. He was knowledgeable and did a great job of explaining my problem and my options. He was friendly and empathetic as well as a good listener. He patiently answered all questions I had. He made me very comfortable during my exam.

Dr. Christina is truly exceptional. She’s not only incredibly professional, but she also takes the time to listen carefully and make sure I’m completely comfortable at every visit. No matter how many questions I have, she always answers each one with patience and clarity. I never feel rushed or overlooked. I genuinely trust her with my life—she’s that good at what she does. It’s rare to find a doctor who combines expertise with such compassion and care. I’m grateful to have her as my doctor.

I can tell you for sure Dr. Trash Keyhani is an excellent doctor. He took so much time to listen to our concerns and answer any questions we had. We did not feel rushed at all.. He even drew pictures so we would have a better understanding of what was going on. The staff let you know how much longer it would be before the doctor would be in. We did not wait in the waiting room very long at all. Was put into a room, and not long after that the doctor came in. We really liked his demeanor and his knowledge. I would highly recommend Dr. Keyhani! Now we are waiting a couple days to have the surgery done and we will see how it goes from there.

Been trying to get you guys paid. Every time I call to see if my insurance went through (that you guys failed to bill), I get told that I will get a call the next business day. I've gotten hung up on three times when y'all call me back and then I'm back at square one waiting for a call back tomorrow. And why do I have to be on hold for 10+ minutes for a rep when I get a call back?? It shouldn't be this hard!!! Worst service ever.
