Please, and I repeat, please take the time to read. This is not the place you would want to seek care. Please reconsider. Here’s why… For starters, you will not have direct contact with the office. Instead, you will be instructed to call the number that’s also listed on here, which will connect you to a call center. The call center hardly ever answers the phone and when they do, they give you the runaround or tell you that they will call back and never does. And when you request to speak to someone at the office, they won’t connect you. If you schedule an appointment, your appointment is not guaranteed. There was a time when we showed up, and the call center lied saying they booked an appointment, but never did. We showed up, the appointment was never booked. Another example, there was a situation where we got the runaround which nearly caused our surgery date to be postponed, and the response of the scheduler here told us “I’m doing you a favor here”. They don’t thoroughly complete their jobs. Example, we went to the office to get the staples from the surgery removed. The medical assistant came in with an aggressive attitude followed up with an I don’t have to nor want to be here attitude as well. Upon leaving the office, we discovered that she didn’t take all of the staples out. Instead put bandages over some of the areas that still had staples remaining and then missed a whole spot in general. We called multiple times. Never got an answer. So we decided to show up, face to face. Told us that there was nothing no one could do and that we had to book an appointment and wait for the doctor to take care of her on another day when he’s available. The staff is extremely unprofessional. Example, the day we went to speak to someone about the remaining staples, the lights were off and they appeared closed. Keep in mind, it was 3pm. They advertise that they close at 5pm. I’m standing there waiting, and waiting, and waiting. There was a lady sitting at the computer. She acknowledged me. Looked at me, turns around speaks to someone. Then turns back around, gets on the computer. At this point I’m sitting there for 15+ minutes just waiting. She turns around sees me, then laughs, tells the other person that I’m still there, and keeps staring at me. Finally the other person slides over and waves me in. That entire time that last could’ve let me know that the door was opened instead of having me waste my time just standing there waiting. And she thought it was so amusing. Meanwhile, the practice manager was there and did not make her presence known, nothing. Despite, knowing that my anger with this place has reached its all time highest. This is definitely not the place you want to come. They do not care about you, they will waste your time, they apparently feel like they are doing people favors instead of it just doing their job, and so on. Please, please, please reconsider.

I was here today and the the receptionists were kind of dry. Overall service of the clinic the doctors the cleanliness everything was okay. I'm very please with the doctors. They have moved from a large suite to a smaller Suite straight up the walkway same building. The clinic is very clean and very accessible.

Was prompted to have a prolific procedure almost 4 years ago. Canceled the appointment but I was repeatedly contacted to reschedule. I agreed after being assured repeatedly that it was a minor procedure which would be done in the office and I would be able to return to normal activities in A day. Left the office and experienced heavy bleeding for over 6 days and could not venture more than 30 feet from the toilet for over a week. I have experienced noticeable discomfort ever since and I will have difficulty driving any distance for the rest of my life. I was his guinea pig and he did not have training for that procedure. DON'T LET HIM MESS YOU UP FOR LIFE

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, but the billing department is a mess. I confirmed with my insurance — both on the phone and via email — that my visit should’ve only required a specialist co-pay. Instead, the billing department insisted I owed a full deductible amount and basically said “oh well, that’s just what they gave us.” No explanation, no willingness to follow up, just shrugged it off. I canceled my appointment and won’t be back. Disappointing and frustrating experience.

If I could give a negative rating, I would. The staff is unprofessional, particularly in their treatment of elderly patients. They frequently make inappropriate comments under their breath, creating an uncomfortable environment. While Dr. A is excellent, my experiences with the staff have been consistently negative. They do not appear to be engaged in their work, and their attitude clearly reflects that.
