I had an amazing experience with my outpatient procedure at this facility. The receptionist was very friendly, my nurse, Priscilla was attentive, my anesthesiologist, Claudia was amazing, and Dr. Bismar is the best! I felt most comfortable with this treatment team!10/10

Customer service from the blonde nurse and the doctor we had today was shameful. Minutes after my moms operation they are gently shaking her to wake up. Rushing to get her sitting up. Repeatedly saying it’s time to leave. All in a matter of minutes after while the anesthesia is wearing off. And then when I pulled up the car, the nurse pushing her was pushing her so fast. My moms feet was weakly scraping against the ground because you could see she was disoriented and was trying to stop it from going too fast. She even stopped the wheelchair so abruptly at the end, my mom almost slipped off. I was shocked that they run this clinic with such little care for their patients. Truly unprofessional and a deep lack of empathy at this establishment. Beware. I want to point out the 2 ladies at the front desk were nothing but sweet and welcoming. They deserve recognition for how they carry themselves and they both individually deserve 5 stars. However the blonde nurse and doctors actions today cannot be redeemed and deserve 0 stars. I would never leave my family in their care again and I wouldn’t recommend you too either.

When I originally scheduled my appointment there was a hiccup in communication and we had to change the date. Dr. Anees called me and apologized and made time for me in his schedule. He was very helpful. My nurse Farrah was awesome, she made me feel comfortable and at ease. She is funny and knows her job well. Highly recommend!

I was so nervous prior to my appointment because I didn't know what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised! Front office was actually friendly and compassionate, as well as the MA. Dr. Anees was great; he addressed my concerns, answered my questions, was friendly and had a sense of humor. He didn't try to push unessesary procedures or meds on me and understood that I'm a cash pay patient, so costs were relatively low. Will definitely be returning for my colonoscopy, not nervous at all! Oh! Clean facility too!

My experience was a very positive one from the beginning to the end. Dr. Anees and the entire staff were so caring and professional. The receptionist, the nurses, the anesthesiologist, and the doctor made me feel like I was under the best care! Thank you, Dr. Anees, Adam, Claudia, and everyone else, for putting me at ease and going the extra mile for your customers.
