The doctors had decent bedside manner, but the office seems disorganized, so after two visits, I found another practice. The billing department appears even more disorganized. I was later informed of an outstanding balance months later by mail after it had supposedly been mailed to me previously. Based on the statement dates, it seems they might be printed and left in the office a bit and later sent out as I received them 3-4 weeks past the statement date on the letter. There were no calls or emails sent, which would have made the process easier. I had to call the billing department myself to get further details regarding the nature of the balance. When I made the payment in the portal, there was no itemized invoice or visit date tied to the account, which made the process seem a bit unclear. To top it off, the statement I did receive had a typo in it which makes the office look even more unprofessional.

This was the fastest and most efficient doctor's appointment I've ever had. I had done all of the online paperwork and arrived early and was called back early. By the time of my appointment, I'd seen the doctor and was on my way to the audiologist who both listened to my concerns. Wonderful!

Dr Tiffany was amazing! I am so glad I came here for my allergy issues. She was extremely kind and thorough with the explanation of the potential causes for my episode, made me feel heard and made a long term plan that I feel very comfortable with. It is very rare to have a doctor that spends that much quality time with patients like she does.

Dr. Rangel has excellent bedside manners and she was super kind and knowledgeable. I appreciated how she took her time and explained everything. I'm happy that I found her to help me with my sinuses that I have been suffering with for a long time.

Staff were very nice, but the overall experience wasn’t great. I waited 45 minutes for insurance to be verified, even though I had already provided that information in advance. I’ve never been to a medical office where the process took that long at check-in—had I known, I would have adjusted my schedule. While waiting, I also saw other patients facing similar issues. One mother had called ahead to flag her scheduling concerns, but still had to wait 45 minutes before being seen, and almost left before being seen (as she was leaving they called her back). Another mother mentioned she would have made different plans had she known how long new patient check-in would take. The service I came for wasn’t offered, which was disappointing. Established patients seemed to be seen much faster, but for new patients, I’d recommend calling ahead—not only to confirm wait times but also to double-check that the office provides the services you’re looking for.
