This review is for Dr. Nassif! He is absolutely amazing. He listens and is personable. He always heard our concerns and questions and would help us determine a solution. He participated in our thought process during appointments. His direction was amazing. We were referred to Dr. Nassif by a TCH fertility provider to assist us with a tubal reversal. Surgery was a success. Every interaction we had with him was so reassuring. We felt we always had a personal family-building guide. He discussed different options and possibilities and was always truthful, upfront, and professional. He always smiled and was an overall friendly provider with a great bedside manner. Dr. Nassif explained everything in detail with pictures. We loved Dr. Nassif and highly recommend him.

Despite calling for 3 weeks in advance and informing the staff in almost every way possible that we want ONLY female providers, Dr. Ahmed Salaheldin (mfm) simply walked into the room where my wife was before surgery. Not sure why he believes that him being the attending makes him an exception to this rule? We plan to escalate this complaint against him as far high as possible

I’ve been a patient here for a while now , dr.Nasif is great and also his team in the back . But the ladies in the front are always rude and passive aggressive , especially my visit today . They were super insensitive about the importance of trying to see my dr today , tried to reschedule me for being 12 mins late after I had already spoke with someone about valet issues. Thankfully someone from the back came to step in and was able to get me in today at a later time when I explained the urgency of my appt. The only thing the other lady had to say was beware that you owe this much for your visit , after not helping at all. When I came back the same thing , just overall unaccommodating . Thankful the dr hisself is good because otherwise I wouldn’t come back

I don’t recommend this location, the women at the front desk are very unhelpful. When you contact them via mychart for further help, they are also not responsive. My obgyn is not available for the rest of the year and I asked for someone else within the building who I can go to or even a referral- and I was denied both. It’s sad that when as a woman when you are trying to stay consistent with your check ups, they act like youre bothering them. I had to call my insurance and find a new primary obgyn.

I have been a patient with Baylor OG Gyn for at least ten years. Generally I've been happy with the care I have received from my doctor, the Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners on staff. However, I recently had a terrible experience with a nurse there. I was in the clinic for a procedure that already had me feeling nervous. This nurse was rude and hostile toward me. I did not feel comfortable having her present for my procedure but recognized that it was necessary for her to be there. My experience was bad enough that I felt it was necessary to make a formal complaint to the Patient Advocate team. The though of returning for my follow up appointment is scary and I will be looking for a new provider.
