My mother went to see Dr. Raj, last Monday, to get a referral for a Neurologist as she is having pain in her Neck, Arm & Leg. He didn't prescribe anything as her PCP and gave referral. Next day , we ended up in emergency as her pain was unbearable. They prescribed her 6 pills of Hydrocodane and referred to a Neurologist. As usual, it's not easy to get an appointment in this country so, I have asked Dr. Raj's team for Hydrocodane refill on Wednesday, over a phone call and email. THURSDAY, I called them 3 times and all I heard was, nurse will get back to you. Friday, I called again and sent multiple emails as well but same confirmation. So, I asked to talked to Nurse around 3:40 PM. She, asked me to go to emergency again to get the refill bcs Dr. Raj won't refill without seeing the patient. I said, we'll come right away and she mentioned, Dr. Raj has gone for the day and told me set up an appointment for next week. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF. If you need a patient to visit for refill, why not mention it on Wednesday when I asked for refill. NOT WORTH A DIME FOR A PCP VISIT

Highly recommend this medical facility. The staff is exceptional, and Dr. Anu is outstanding. We've been taking our 2kids there for 8months , and the experience has been seamless. The staff is warm and welcoming to my wife, kids, and me. 1000% recommended.

Used to be a great doctor but after a few years, the quality of care went down dramatically. Be prepared to wait at least 1 hour after your appointment time to be seen. Your visit will be rushed and they will push pills on you.

Awesome place, awesome staff. Dr Anu is the very best. We've taking our baby there for 3 years and no issues. The people that works there is so nice con my baby and my wife. 1000% recommended

Pediatrician review: 5/5 stars for Dr Chandra. 0/5 stars for the lady who draws blood For the pediatric side. She was not gentle, communicative or pleasant and not someone I will trust around my child again.
