This place is absolutely fantastic 😁 Dr Runnels is very knowledgeable and takes his time explaining everything. The girls that assist him are great as well. They really set the tone making you feel welcomed and relaxed before seeing the doctor. I highly recommend North Houston Spine for anyone looking to get adjusted. I leave here feeling great.

If you have had an accident and need rehabilitation or an adjustment because you back hurts, this is the place to go. They will find a treatment plan to get you feeling better. Give them a call Yesly usually answers, she is great as is everyone on staff. Tell them you read my review and want to setup an appointment.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND COMING HERE!! I’ve been dealing with a back injury in which the symptoms come and go for 15 years, and recently they came back with the heaviest amounts of pain ever to the point of not being able to walk… It was this crew’s determination and care that put me in a state of being able to walk out of there… All my worries and doubts about seeking professional help were completely oppose to their care, and I am beyond happy with my decision to go to them. Save yourself the time and stop looking around, there’s nowhere like here! Thank you Dr. Runnels, Ms. Muñoz, and Ms. Zavala, yall are the best!

This place is incredible, I've been coming here for about 6 years now the staff is really nice, it's never crazy busy so little to no wait time. Honestly worth every penny, everytime. If it wasn't for them I wouldn't be able to do my job and the things I love. I'm very thankful to have found this place

I just visited Dr. Tim Runnels and his amazing staff. They are awesome! My back is loose and the pain is relieved. 5 Stars all the way!
