They were fast. Very efficient, honest, caring, knowledgeable professional made me feel comfortable. I was upsetting in pain. They care for me with the gentle words and they treated me like I was family. Dr. Sherry and her assistant nurse. I don't know his name but he was fantastic and professional

This was my first visit, and I am truly grateful for the care I received. From the moment I arrived, everyone welcomed me with such warmth and kindness. Even though I was in a lot of pain, they made me feel calm, comfortable, and well taken care of. Thank you so much, Dr. Hain, for taking such great care of me and for stitching my forehead so carefully. You did an excellent job, and I truly can’t thank you enough. God bless you and the entire team..

Today we went to this urgent care due to pain and never even made it past the front desk. When we presented our insurance card, the front desk staff stated she was “verifying” the insurance. She then told us we would have to pay $260 upfront to be seen. We explained multiple times that the insurance clearly shows zero deductible, and that amount did not make sense. Instead of calling the insurance company to properly verify benefits, she insisted that the amount was $260. She left the charge as-is and said we would need to pay it in order to be seen. Because of this, we had no choice but to leave and go to the ER, where per the insurance card there was no deductible. I later called the insurance company myself, and they confirmed there is zero deductible and stated they had no idea where the $260 amount came from. When I called the urgent care back, I was again told they do not verify directly with insurance unless a patient specifically requests it. This is unacceptable. Patients should not have to argue or demand proper verification of their insurance, especially when they are in pain. If you can’t even make it past the front desk due to inaccurate billing practices, that says a lot. I do not recommend this urgent care.

I was seen quickly and the nurse and nurse practitioner were very friendly and helpful. The 5 star review is for them. The lady at the front desk is a little difficult to understand but I'm a little deaf so that might be a me problem. My only real complaint is that I have Nextcare Advantage but the front desk lady always tells me that my visit is going to be $290 instead of $39. I always have to remind her that I'm an Advantage member even though it's in my chart and check-in info.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Burris! Today we needed urgent care. We were close to his office although we were an hour away from our hometown for a child’s birthday party. My two year-old daughter’s elbow got dislocated at the party – a rather routine instance of nursemaids elbow. The doctor and his staff were all wonderful, kind, gentle, and caring. The doctor fixed India’s elbow and taught me how to remedy the situation in the future and pop the elbow back into its place. When we got home, we realized that both elbows had been dislocated – not just the one we had had the doctor fix. Because the doctor had taught me how, I was able to pop her other joint back into place myself at home! I have never had such a warm and rewarding experience at any doctor – ever. Dr. Burris is one of the few good doctors still out there that still care deeply about the people they serve. Thank you!!!
