Memorial Urgent Care - Bellaire

I came in today the ER and the front desk receptionist was very nice. I wait in the lobby for no more than 2 minutes. I was taken back to the room the radiologist can a took my vitals fast. Dr Q and the nurse Elizabeth were very attentive to my concerns. The doctor explained the procedure to me and yes I was concerned. They did my procedure fast and made it easy for me. The wait time and the process was a hour. I’m happy with the service and they made me feel very good. Most definitely coming back.

We had to visit this clinic mid last month, after flying in to Houston. We are from out of town and wanted to a place that had imaging capability. The entire crew here on the night we visited was fantastic: NP Erika, RN Stephanie, rad tech “Z” (Zenia), MA Latanya, and receptionist Solomon. All of you were so kind and compassionate and caring for my 82-year-old mother. She received such excellent care, including Wound Care, and a very thorough work up. Thank you so much for being such a good crew and providing such a high-level level of care.

I was injured and Bellaire ER took very good care of me! Dr. Zaidi was amazing, Nurse Stephany & Med Tech Poetry were so gentle, Rad Tech Z was very knowledgeable while comforting and Receptionist Salomon was helpful and explained everything! 10/10 recommend!

(((First off I live Almost 2 in a half hours away…..)) I can’t thank the team at Bellaire ER enough for the outstanding care we received today (March 2, 2026). My family and I had an unexpected emergency, and from the moment we walked in, everything was handled with professionalism, speed, and genuine compassion. The front desk staff greeted us warmly and got us checked in quickly despite it being busy. We were seen by triage almost immediately—no long waits in discomfort, which was a huge relief, especially with kids involved. The nurses (shoutout to the amazing team—everyone was so attentive and kind) explained every step clearly, kept us updated, and made sure we felt comfortable and informed. the doctor especially him most of this review is because of him…and /staff—was thorough, listened to all our concerns, and took the time to answer questions without rushing. Diagnostics (labs, imaging, etc.) were done efficiently, and results came back fast. The whole process—from arrival to discharge—was smoother and quicker than I ever expected from an ER visit. What really stood out was the caring, family-oriented approach. They treated my whole family like we mattered, not just another case. Clean facility, modern equipment, and everyone from techs to physicians had great bedside manner. In a stressful situation, they made us feel supported and at ease. If you’re in the Houston/Bellaire area and need emergency care, I highly recommend Bellaire ER. They’re open 24/7, and today they proved why they’re a top choice. Thank you for taking such great care of us—we’re so grateful!

Top-notch facility! I brought my high school son in for an X-ray and was thoroughly impressed by both the staff and the physicians. The environment is impeccably clean, and the level of care was exceptional. I highly recommend this practice for anyone seeking professional, high-quality medical services!
