I see Dr. Michele Siegele and she has truly changed my life. My previous doctor just layered meds on top of each other but never really got to the root of the issue. Dr. Siegele immediately saw what others didn’t and is helping to correct my medication. I feel so much better already and she has been so patient with me. If you feel like you are not being properly medicated or misdiagnosed, I highly recommend her!

Want an invaluable experience with a true Psychiatrist? This is your stopping place! Mental Illness is real and Dr. Thomas is super educated in his field. This office is wonderful. All of the staff makes you feel like your really cared about. And they don’t treat you like a number. Gustavo is an incredible person to work with! My relationship with the entire staff is remarkable. From the front desk to check out, everyone is friendly and concerned. No false pretenses here.

I have been a patient of Dr. Karen Brown with Memorial Psychiatry over 20 years. She has maintained my manic depression, bipolar and anxiety with a specific dosage of medication’s. I love the staff. They greet you with a smile and are genuinely caring. Most importantly for me, the office actually answers when I call.

The office staff are ignorant and rude. Selena, the medical records clerk, decided she didn’t like my “attitude” so she attempted to correct my tone while simultaneously not doing her job. She then hung up in my face when I appropriately got upset at her inability to do her job and her desire to correct my attitude. I called the office back and spoke to Donna (office manager for Dr. Thomas) who became very offended when I called Selena rude and ignorant. Donna let me know she will take up for her staff over patients any day. I requested my last visit notes and per the office Texas law gives them 14 days to release them. Though that seemed ridiculous, I was willing to wait until Donna tried the little patience I had left. Now I didn’t realize Texas law trumps FEDERAL LAW (sarcasm) and as of 2021 per the Cures Act, they can and will be fined if they don’t immediately release my notes. Unless of course the physician deems the note can cause damage to the patient. He will have a very difficult time proving that though. I will be reviewing the psychiatrist separately on every platform after my next visit tomorrow.

I don’t get the low scores I see here. Everyone in their offices have been fantastic to work with. Everyone is kind and compassionate, and paperwork is filed for leaves with ease. The treatment l rooms are nice and clean and well supplied with lollipops and our family’s experiences have been excellent.
