I had such a wonderful experience with Memorial Plastic Surgery from start to finish. From the moment I first walked in, Nitsa was incredibly kind and helpful and made me feel welcomed and at ease right away. Throughout the entire process, Hilary and Coraline were amazing. They were always kind, responsive, and even answered my emails quickly on the weekend, which truly made me feel supported and cared for during recovery. Ray also made me feel very comfortable during my photos, which can be a vulnerable moment, and I really appreciated how patient and reassuring she was. Most importantly, Dr. Patrick Hsu did a fantastic job. I had a breast lift with Motiva implants on February 10th, and I am beyond happy with my results. He made my breasts look so perky and natural, and my healing process has been amazing. I felt very minimal pain after the first few days, and the entire process was very smooth. I feel so much more confident now. I can finally wear tops that I could never wear before. I feel free, happy, and truly grateful. Thank you so much to Dr. Hsu and the entire Memorial Plastics staff for such a wonderful experience!

I had a mommy makeover with liposuction to my back and arms with Dr. Hsu at Memorial Plastic Surgery, and I truly cannot put into words how grateful I am for this experience. I became a mom in my early 20s and have had a “mom bod” for as long as I can remember. Even after weight loss and exercise. For years, I struggled with fitting comfortably into clothes and didn’t feel confident in my own body. Dr. Hsu gave me my female confidence back. I finally feel beautiful and confident in my clothes in a way I haven’t in years. From my very first consultation through surgery and every follow-up appointment, I have felt completely supported and cared for. The staff is incredibly kind, professional, and responsive. They always take the time to answer my questions and make me feel reassured. My overnight stay at Hedwig Suites was smooth and comfortable. I felt safe, well monitored, and very well taken care of. I had no complications, and my recovery has gone beautifully. Every visit reminds me that I chose the right surgeon. I feel valued as a patient, never rushed, and always heard. Choosing Dr. Hsu was one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself, and I would absolutely recommend him and his team to anyone considering surgery.

Great experience working with Dr. Hsu! He is professional, caring and skilled in his craft as a surgeon. I was impressed by his care when I had slight trouble with recovery in the first week. He sent me back to surgery center for fluids and protein and his staff took great care of me. I felt so much better after and recovery since then went smoothly. I have been very pleased in my journey with plastic surgery in Dr. Hsu’s care.

My experience from start to finish has been outstanding. Dr. V is incredibly professional and has an eye for balance and refinement. The MPS staff treats their patients with such care—answering every question and always making themselves available. I will certainly be coming back for any and all future procedures.
