10 minutes waiting to register front desk only one customer ahead and then 25 minutes for another registration and signature cause the employeedid mistake for checking inn. Then 2 hours in waiting area to be called and then another 2hours called nurse and still waiting for her to find the vain and then they couldn'tfind it so they canceledit and rescheduleit . horrible unprofessional staff. No body care for patients time and waiting for so long with pain, and responsibilities. When get the bill is soo much for this bad treatment unfortunately no body care no body control.what to expected from memorial herman claim line when call said pharmacy number. So neglected

Went to the ER for a possible ruptured appendix at 7 PM and 10:29 PM I still had not been seen. This could possibly be a life threatening situation and no one even came to see what was going on. Poor customer service and no sense of urgency. If you are in pain, don't come to this ER.
