Memorial Hermann Greater Heights Hospital

I went there for the first time yesterday for a kidney biopsy, everyone there was so incredibly nice! Holy cow. The nurses were so sweet, answered all my questions, made sure I was comfortable, and relaxed before the procedure. A nurse that put my Iv in, was really sweet and even prayed for me beforehand. She told me that God is going to be there with me during this procedure. What a wonderful staff, the Doctor that did it, was careful, walked me through everything he was going to do and he did the procedure in the most safe way. I’m really impressed. God Bless everyone there, you guys are such a blessing to all your patients. 😊

Care is what's important. But on January 24, 2026 me and my daughter came to visit my brother and the front desk person was not friendly at all. We were a bit confused on where to go. I wanted to ask for directions but when we entered the building and made eye contact with her, she immediately dropped her head as if she didn't want us talking to her. First contact with the workers is important but I didn't feel comfortable with asking so I just bypassed her and eventually found my way. I just feel patient guests should be comfortable enough to ask for directions and no feel they are treated with disregard

No stars.. the worst hospital I've been to. Disgusting how they have everyone waiting siting right by each other throwing up giving IVs to people.. not cleaning disinfecting the seats when people leave. We got there at 5 had to leave without discharge papers at 12am ridiculous.wish I would have looked at the reviews beforehand. My first time going there . Nurses on day shift don't communicate or leave notes for night shift. We had to just leave and settle for results through the app because this place is not sanitary. they had us just waiting for discharge papers.. They give IVs and nausea med to everyone.. how do I know because they sit right next to you while they receive it. They had one lady screaming in pain for hours in the waiting room. It was a horrible experience then you gotta pay 6 dollars for parking no matter how long you were there. Never will I go back to this location. Sanitize and clean especially if your going to have everybody in intake sitting right by each other

Very awful experience! I took my mother in at 8pm and we literally sat in broken chairs and we're disrespected and treated poorly until midnight when they said they wanted to keep her over night but couldn't guarantee a room or even a bed! Then refused to transfer her because they could give her the care she needed.... We literally sat arm and arm with people who were sick and all sorts of body fluids leaking in hallway after hallway the entire time at the facility! While staff sat at the nurses station talking poorly about other patients being dirty and all shorts of garbage! I would absolutely not recommend this facility to my worst enemy! Do better!

After sitting in this er since this morning I’ve been sitting around waiting for a room , in the lobby . Dizzy extended lung pain no assigned nurse no nothing, to be told we are waiting on a room and your stuff to come back. Violation of patients Hippa and privacy laws so quick . I’ve heard several people diagnosis while I’ve waited in the emergency area, seems when administration is on the floor they doing they do job administration leave everybody down to security not doing a dang thing. I no longer want my hip replacement done at memorial Hermann anymore really reached out to my surgeon like please change the hospital. I’m disgusted!! Update : I was admitted, discharged , still charged my hospital for surgery. That almost 280k they got for my previous hip surgery won’t be getting it again . I won’t be utilizing this hospital which is 7 mins away from Home ever again ! Listen , we gotta stop going to places of emergency that don’t care for you
