Saw Dr. Cody Jeu for ringing in my ear. I left frustrated and confused. How can there be no in depth testing besides just a hearing test. My ears were checked and that’s it. I definitely I have sinus issues going on which I relayed that to him. I left thinking I just had to accept it and move on. Felt like they wanted my money and that’s it. No solutions. This is why I don’t go to the doctor. To find a doctor that cares and listens I feel is impossible to find.

Dr. Nichols and his staff provided exceptional service. I had filled out paperwork online and only had one short questionnaire to fill out upon arrival. Fortunately, I did not have to wait long to see the doctor. After seeing several ENT doctors in the past, none of which really listened to my concerns and certainly didn’t offer any workable solutions, I was thrilled to spend time with Dr. Nichols. He asked all the correct questions, made note of everything we discussed, and provided the answers I was hoping to get from a professional ENT specialist. I recently saw Dr. Maeso for persistent nasal congestion, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care I received. From the moment she walked into the room, she was attentive and genuinely interested in understanding what was going on. She asked questions, explained everything clearly, and made me feel completely at ease. What stood out most was how confidently and accurately she identified the issue and laid out a treatment plan that’s going to work. I left feeling heard, and relieved to have an end in sight to the issues I’ve been experiencing for over a year. Dr. Mark Nichols is an excellent ENT specialist. Very thorough in his examination, answers all questions and concerns and very kind towards me and my mother who is also his patient. The receptionists and other doctors/nurses are also very nice. I would give 10 stars instead of 5 if I was allowed.😄
