r. Patel is very patient, kind and caring. He actually listens and responds to all inquiries. He goes over my record each time I come to him to see what has changed and what has accorded since my last visit. He never seems rushed. I trust him completely to do what's beneficial to my health. Dr. Patel has many good qualties which make him very effective. He is well organized, remembers past problems, and has a great background knowledge which all help in solving current medical issues and developing a long-term plan for long-term health. He always has a practical approach to things, and does a good job of explaining why we are doing measures for particular problems as needed. I have a lot of confidence in his care.

Dr. B was good. I find that most doctors are quick to speak and rush to surgery, and slow to listen to the needs of the patient. After I explained what I understand she calmed down and listened. I feel that most doctors think that patients are uneducated and will not research their diagnosis and will do exactly what doctors recommend. I would like to know all information and don't want to be rushed to mutilate my body and spirit. There should be alternate recommendations and make surgery last.

My wish is that all M.D. 's were like Dr. Patel. He is so very kind and compassionate, is not rushed and makes you feel like you are a priority. What I love most about him is that he explains everything in a way you totally understand and then lays out the treatment plan. He and his nurse, Courtney, even made having a bone marrow procedure less uncomfortable. This is a very challenging time for me and I have every confidence in him. God blessed me with Dr. Patel!
