No stars. They're awful when it comes to service. No reminders. No email confirmations. Zero communication. They're gone for two hours in the middle of the day, during all of our lunch periods. You leave messages with the answering service, that don't seem to go anywhere. Then they slap you with cancellation penalties. I work in EMS and I have to be scheduled to work sometimes with short notice. I do my part in notifying this office. Instead of receiving any communication whatsoever, I get charged for a no show. I haven't even seen or heard from anybody yet. I have never had an appointment. And I got billed anyways. Medical offices that behave this way are massive Red Flags. Do not let these people have access to your credit card. This behavior and poor service demonstrates how little they care for patients. They're profit driven.

I have just started seeing Dr. Chen after being with my last psychiatrist for 5+ years. He really emphasizes that medication AND therapy are key to getting better. I find it easy to be frank with him, he listened to what my goals were, and we are working on making them happen. I had a friend who also saw him but found they weren’t a good fit together, but so far, for me, working with Dr. Chen has been good. Locating the office for the first time is a bit confusing so give yourself some extra time to get there. Additionally, they do not have a patient portal which means that you have to call the office to take care of everything. Previous reviews mention that the office is hard to get ahold of but I have yet to experience that. So far I have had a decent experience but would highly recommend that this practice starts utilizing a patient portal for scheduling, refills, general questions, etc.

Dr. Han is very attentive & kind. All the staff are super nice. The office is really busy sometimes so patience for the staff is a must. I was here for IOP and continuing treatment since Dec 2023. I did IOP with Ms. Donna and she’s incredibly enthusiastic to speak to everyone. I then moved on to one-on-one therapy with Ms. Choi and she’s so great and I appreciate her candidness.

The staff completely rude and disrespectful. They must have borderline personality disorder the way their treat clients. I have to literally beg to have communication to my therapist about my care or medication. The almighty answering team blocks all messages and speaks to you very condescendingly. They play with you medication and holds your medication hostage for a follow up appointment. Mind you nobody for the office staff takes accountability for scheduling the follow up appointment. As a patient it is your responsibility to know the doctor schedule and secure a place. As long as they take your money that’s all that matters. So I usually am seen every 3 months. So all my medication was filled for refills except one and that was denied so I would call and make an appointment in 4weeks instead of my normal schedule. It’s really sad the medication you can be prescribed and then have someone play with you medicine know being taken off suddenly can have deadly consequences. I have more anxiety dealing with my mental health with this staff. If you have an option for a better treatment plan elsewhere you’re lucky. You don’t even need one hand to count the positive interactions because you probably won’t have one.
