Dr. Kaushik and the team at Houston Methodist Urology Associates provided outstanding care during one of the most critical times of my life. From the moment I walked in, everything was timely and handled with professionalism, but what stood out most was how genuinely they cared about me as a patient. The staff were wonderful—kind, compassionate, and willing to take the time to talk with me and listen. Due to the severity of my condition—a massive tumor encroaching on other organs and putting my life at risk—Dr. Kaushik immediately recognized the urgency and expedited my care. At the time, I was still on a waiting list to even see an oncologist at another large cancer hospital. Dr. Kaushik did not hesitate. He took the time to personally ensure I received the care I needed, and he did so immediately. I am deeply grateful for his expertise, compassion, and decisive action. I cannot recommend Dr. Kaushik and Houston Methodist Urology Associates highly enough.

My physician, Dr. Gonzales simply the most professional and kind competent human that I have encountered working in healthcare! It is unfortunate that the customer service in the main lobby of urology is not polished, professional, and customer service focused a simple, good morning greeting and complete instructions would be helpful. These individuals have not been trained properly and need to have standard operating procedures for being more relational and not just transactional. Thank you

Al though surgery due to cancer is not something anyone looks forward to, I will always recommend your practice and Houston Methodist to anyone facing prostate cancer. The ease of making an appointment to the kindness of the staff assisting you to check in. Always a great experience at Dr Julie Stewart’s office. Seeing Dr Stewart is also a great experience. She’s always very kind. Very knowledgeable. Listens to me, what I’m feeling and then comes up with a plan. She’s the best Urologist I’ve seen and I truly appreciate her. She had helped me so much. Irene was so helpful and forgiving of my rude attitude at the beginning of the phone call. She completely understood that my aggression was not towards her but the situation, and she helped me figure out a solution. She is so nice and so effective. I have never gotten this much customer service. 10/10
