Houston Methodist Gastroenterology

Got 2 appointments scheduled the same day 1 hour apart in 2 different cities. That wasn't caught. The 2 procedures cand be done within days of each other. That wasn't caught. Then I made it from Baytown to Houston barely. Then they couldn't do the procedure because the nasal numbing spray has immatatuon banana flavoring and I'm allergic to bananas. I don't understand how imatation and real bananas are the same but maybe I'm wrong. after not being able to take any acid reflux medication for a week for the test I get told I can't do it too bad. Very unprofessional people. Some were awesome but most were less than helpful and one was totally incompetent. I have little to no faith in this hospital or most of the staff I interacted with. Some of the people were outstanding but most were not.

Dr. Steven Frachman has been very attentive and helpful in resolving problems associated with GI issues that have troubled me for several years. He is knowledgeable and very professional. I am always pleased to recommend him to others.
