I have been under the care of Dr. Thekdi for treatment of vocal cord paralysis, and I could not be more grateful for the expertise, professionalism, and compassion I received throughout the entire process. Thanks to Dr. Thekdi and his team, I’ve seen significant improvement in my voice. and overall comfort. The follow-up care has also been exceptional, attentive and supportive. Kelsey Roy and Dr. Vrabec are the best audiologist and doctor I have had in 74 years. I got a bilateral cochlear implants and they are amazing. Kelsey has worked with me and it has been a wonderful experience. If they ever left Methodist, I would follow!!

I saw Nesreen Alawami and Dr. Yiu with swallowing issues. They are both engaging and kind and knowledgeable and helpful. They took the time to make sure I understood everything that was going on. I was extremely impressed and would recommend their care to anyone. I had a followup barium swallow study with Speech Path Nesreen Alawami. She is really outstanding at her job, and also a super nice and caring person. In every profession, there are above average folks, and below average folks. Nesreen is a top performer and anyone seeing her is receiving the best possible care available!
