Nurse LAUREN on the 21st floor for Infusion was impeccable. She was efficient and effective with her care. After doing an assessment on my mother's veins, she obtained a smaller needle to draw labs rather than injure her continuously with a regular needle. We were out in an hour. This has never been done. Nurse LAUREN smiled as she serviced mom. She was compassionate and energetic. Why isn't this type of care given regularly? NURSE LAUREN should be training the rest of the tenured and new graduates, please help them provide true medical services.

The valet here the people are very rude, I am clergy and the attendant was very rude I drop off of my members the man told me to move my car because I was not paying for valet,
