I have had an excellent experience with Houston Methodist DeBakey Cardiology and cannot recommend them highly enough. I am a congenital cardiology patient of Dr. Cindy Martin, and she is truly exceptional. Dr. Martin never makes me feel rushed during appointments and always takes the time to explain my condition thoroughly. She shows me images from my tests and ensures I fully understand what is going on, which gives me great confidence and peace of mind in my care. Dr. Martin also manages my PT/INR, and the anticoagulation team is outstanding. The INR clinic is well-organized and supportive, and Karen in the INR clinic is especially wonderful—kind, knowledgeable, and always helpful. I genuinely could not ask for a better congenital cardiologist. Dr. Martin is compassionate, thorough, and dedicated, and I am forever grateful to have her as part of my medical team. Houston Methodist DeBakey Cardiology has an incredible team, and I feel very fortunate to receive my care here.

I have had open heart surgery, mechanical aortic valve, replacement in 2004 and later in 2019 diagnosed with ATTR Amyloidosis. Houston Methodist DeBakey, Dr.Kleiman and Dr. Kassi respectively have cared for me and guided my treatment with professionalism and compassion. Their staff as well and all at the hospital have been courteous and respectful to a personal level. I am blessed to receive treatment from Methodist DeBakey Hospital.

Dr. Adi Lador is great! I would definitely recommend her to family and friends! Very professional and detailed, never feel rushed! Dr. Lador's medical assistant is a great sweet person. Thank you both for all you do!

Best care a patient can have. I seen more doctors in the 4 days I spent at Methodist. When they say they are going to put a team on you you better get ready. My nurses were personable and very attentive. The nurses assistant were very good at there jobs. The pharmacy manager came to my room and introduced himself to me. He wanted to make sure I understood the medication I was taking. A special thanks goes out to Dr. Kassi and her staff for the attention they gave me. I have never had better care than What I got at Methodist Hospital. Thanks from the bottom of my heart.

Visited Dr M Malahfji for a follow-up. The resident came in and he was so thorough with my past and current that I felt very relaxed. The Malahfji talked about the treatment and I concurred with his assessment. Dr. M is easy to talk to and is inclusive.
