The person who answered the phone 'Nicolet' was super condescending and rude to me. She told me that the first available appointment was July 9th, and I exclaimed, "Wow! Like July 2026?" and she responded, "Yes, July of this year has already passed." Holy crap, lady, why go out of your way to be so rude when I am requesting help? Unbelievable. I cannot wait to actively not recommend Baylor College of Medicine to anyone I meet because of how this person made me feel. It's obvious she doesn't like her job and takes it out on people who call her. So rude and so unprofessional. Hopefully, someone in management sees this review. I never write these things. 0/10 Wish I could score lower.

Here at Baylor psychiatry, and William (the rude receptionist) is trying to tell me I cannot see the Dr. without payment upfront. He claims I didn’t pay for my last visit. I showed them proof of payment via my checking account. He is denying the fact that I already paid. My experience with William, was absolutely disrespectful. He was completely rude and abrasive. Instead of Baylor correcting their billing mistake he tells me to reach out to the billing department. Wow! I have paid for every visit because it is required to be seen by the resident dr. My advice to Baylor, hire someone with positive interpersonal skills and don’t blame the patient for your mistake.

Back in 2013, I received great care here from Dr. Horvath. I stopped coming for a few years but came back and things have changed. Even before covid, just to change a scheduled appointment was a racket that involved calling and playing phone tag over several days because you can't cancel and reschedule with the people at the front desk. Tell me how is that practical? They also want you to use WedMD which sounded like a great solution to the phone issues. WRONG! I had an appt. months back where suddenly I'm being charged $350 almost 6 months later with no reason as to why. I've written them twice about it. No replies and no one has reached out to me. Shows they care more about leaching people out of their money than actually helping them. My visits have been a standard $50. WTH happened? I guess I could try calling them and playing phone tag for an entire week. If you are seeking help, this place will only cause you more pain and agony. Don't bother here.

When you finally get an appointment, you get an appointment with a Fellow (student) not the Doctor..well you get introduced to the Dr. I was told by "Dr. Sarange" my next visit would be with Dr Sanchez...next visit was seven weeks. I showed up on time, then had to wait an hour to get in. I'm then introduced to my new fellow, not the Dr. It was immediately clear this dr. Had not bothered to read my file, it's not very long. I felt like a poorly treated customer rather than a patient. Ive tried for over an hour to find the Dr. In charge of this clinic. Nobody would give me a name or number. Sorry folks but it's just another s#!t show. Another way to get our Medicare/Medicade and give as little as possible.

I’ve had a great experience both with scheduling and actual care. I’m surprised by the other reviews, but Dr. Parks is amazing and listens to you and your concerns. In her absence another physician in the clinic stepped in to help me Dr. Khan. He called and also left a message on the mychart system. He provided useful and considerate care. The nurses and front desk staff are very efficient.
