I like the practice but have been told on multiple occasions you can’t switch doctors ever! so like you have to stay with the same doctor your whole life. So just be aware. Nurses have been responsive but takes a long time to hear back from the Doctor.

I tried transferring to this clinic and It has been absolute chaos. The clinic I was transferring from had to send my records over multiple times because they "couldn't find them" I had to call about 5-6 times before someone looked in a different database or something and finally found them. It's been over a month and every time I've called to see what the status is it's always "pending". It wasn't even switched to pending until I called about 2 more times while being extremely upset. I've been waiting on someone to reach out and call me back because I left a message wanting to speak to someone about this situation and i'm still waiting. I come to find out that the person that's "supposed to be reaching out" Is now out of the office all week and won't return until NEXT FRIDAY. I should have known better than to sit around and wait and keep having my baby and I's care delayed. I genuinely believe they were doing it on purpose so that i'd get tired and find a new clinic. Don't waste your time.

Tried to get an appointment here, and the woman who answered was mildly disrespectful, came off like she was judging me for being pregnant and not having a doctor or gynecologist at all, back story, I just moved here, and just found out through bloodwork at the express clinic in porter that I'm pregnant. They wouldn't take me because "I'm too far along" going off my previous cycle which puts me at about 13 weeks. They said they're over booked for December deliveries too, so they wouldn't be able to take me. Just all round a negative experience.

Tried to get an appointment here for over a month and they give me an appointment then reschedule it, not once but twice. The day of my appointment they canceled on me and don’t have a later date or time to reschedule me. Horrible service for new patients. I don’t recommend them at all!

I've had such a horrible experience. After switching my insurance at 17 weeks, I had to get a new OBGYN that accepted it, I called Baylor OB/GYN to request information on how to become a new patient. I submitted my paperwork and was requesting Nishath Athar Ali, MD, as I was told several times that she was available for the month of my delivery and requested for my previous OBGYN to send them my medical records. Once the medical records were sent, Baylor staff confirmed that they had received all necessary documents and I should get an answer from Dr. Ali or her staff within 7 days. I waited 7 days and got no call. I called on the 7th day and they told me that I was still missing bloodwork paper work. WHY WAIT UNTIL I CALL TO LET ME KNOW?! Especially after they had confirmed that everything was okay? I continued to move forward with them and I submitted the missing information the same day. Now, TODAY is the 7th day since then, and again... NO ONE CALLED ME. I called myself to get an update and now they told me that they JUST updated the availability of doctors and that Dr. Ali is not available for July?! I am now 21 weeks and they made me waste 3 weeks and now it's going to be tough to find someone to accept me after 20 weeks. This is absolutely unacceptable and unethical to not have made me aware of these changes instead of having me wait for no reason. On top of that, staff will have you on hold for about 10 minutes before they even ask your name. I had to keep hanging up and calling back as it seemed like they forgot you were on hold. I CAN ONLY IMAGINE THE TERRIBLE PATIENT CARE THEY MUST PROVIDE. They don't care
