PLEASE DO NOT GET CARE FROM DOCTOR TALHA GUNDUZ!!! He will see you initially then cut you off if you are experiencing any more neuropathy pain after your visit. Went to him several times in severe pain and he stated each time it’s nothing he can do even though the pain is associated with the diagnosis he gave me. I actually begged him after I went to the ER and his simple words were there is nothing I can do! Please run from this Doctor!!!

I am absolutely over this place. I have been waiting since Oct. 16th to hear back from someone here to set an appointment with their neurology department. Today i am looking for another place to go. They are obviously too busy.

This is to express appreciation for the extra time and effort MELISSA, at the front desk Neurology Dept., Floor 9-A took to help William Gilchrist reshedule his physical therapy after having to delay due to an accident. MELISSA followed through so that he was able to leave Baylor with the new prescription while was still there at another appointment. She went beyond the usual and her effort and pleasantness was special and very much appreciated!

Treating surgeon was great. The admin staff that handles billing, appointment scheduling, referrals ect is an incompetent, disorganized, mess. Referrals never get processed, get processed incorrectly, get billed for surgery follow ups, never return phone calls ect. End result is you get billed thousands that insurance should cover. INCOMPETENCE.

It is Sunday and I’m very upset!!! I just canceled my Monday 8am appointment for 3/25/2024. I am being asked to pay $461 upon arrival when it clearly shows on my end that my PCP referred me. Baylor apparently doesn’t have the referral. I received an email that the referral was faxed and confirmed. I was approved for 4 visits by my insurance. My appointment is very important and there seems to be miscommunication. I found out last minute on the day before the appointment about how I am responsible for the payment. It is Sunday 3/24/24 and I keep receiving a message about how I am responsible for payment. Please update your system Baylor! The referral is there and my insurance approved the visit. The clinic opens at 8am tomorrow which is my appointment time. This should have been taken care of way before appointment time.
