First time I’ve ever bought contacts and been told “no, we don’t provide a contacts case or any solution.” How on Earth does this company charge what everyone else who actually provided their customers with the proper equipment for their contacts? I knew I should have gone somewhere else when they tried to sell me “their” brand because they don’t carry actual quality products in their store- only their in house off brand that provides them the most profit (though not enough to cover the cost of cases or solution) which is ironic because they managed to create their own contact brand but didn’t think it was necessary to provide cases or liquid solution to keep those contacts from drying out. 0/10 don’t recommend.

I will admit that scheduling for this I&R assessment for first time contacts wasn't the best. Scheduled and talked to people back and forth, for not only this location to not have anyone available ( which I think should've been made sure of prior to scheduling ) but other locations too. Luckily after discussing with another location about how I couldn't leave work early again, they let me schedule to come in after work. Very kind of them to understand my work situation and not only extend the time frame for me, but gentleman here named Ben helped me so much with my glasses & adding bluelight to them. Super appreciative.

Came in for an eye exam and and to purchase some new glasses and may I say that Adrianna did an amazing job she was very patient polite and professional Adrianna took very good care of me and was very detailed on giving information about my glasses and prescription. Thank you Adrianna for your hard work and dedication

I visited today as a new customer and was thoroughly impressed by the outstanding customer service from the entire staff. My appointment was scheduled for 10:20, and I was seen right on time. One of the highlights of my visit was Dr. Razinovsky—she clearly explained all the tests that were performed and consistently checked in to see if I was interested in upgrading my current brand of contact lenses. She was also friendly, engaging, and made the entire appointment feel relaxed and stress-free. Overall, I highly recommend this location.
