The young lady at the counter was very friendly and helpful. The chicken strips were very good. The toast was some of the best ever. Not a fan of their coleslaw, couldn't even eat it all.

Purchased the surf and turf. $16.49. Small dry shrimp. Smallest chicken strips ever. I’ve always loved Zaxbys, now I’ll probably not go back. To them 15 to bring the food out, went through the drive thru .

Upon entering the establishment I was promptly greeted by one of the most professional, courteous, considerate, and respectful human beings I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. This young gentleman, Lu, sporting a blinding smile and the poise of a manager well beyond his years; ensured my experience was nothing but memorable. The only critique I would offer is that I wish there was a line out the door. The customer service, cleanliness, and overall vibe of this establishment deserves nothing less than consistent and vigorous business. I will DEFINITELY be back!

I want to give this place 5 stars the food is great been coming here for 2 plus years but for some reason the portions have shrunk a lot like half of what I use to get when I would get a salad and fries were also substantially less than usual. Overall made me sad but the quality was there atleast.

I love this location come here more than 4 times a month and the customer service is always amazing! They never limit the seasoning or flavor. Everything I want is always available! Love it 10/10 I recommend
