Definitely a busy establishment, but my partner and I were both beyond satisfied with our pho dishes. This picture was taken after a few sips and bites. The bowl is about average (even though it’s a ‘large”), but the meat quality and quantity was awesome and generous in my opinion. Overall, it’s a 5 star in my book. Staff was also nice and respectful.

I decided to order Pho on Saturday. I ordered the #15 Yummy Pho with the massive short rib, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. My manager actually ordered the same dish earlier in the week and encouraged me to try it, so I already had high expectations—and they still managed to exceed them. The short rib was incredibly tender and flavorful, with the meat literally falling off the bone. The broth had that deep, rich, slow-simmered taste that warms you from the inside out, and the noodles were fresh with the perfect bite. It was one of those bowls where every spoonful hits just right. I’ve been wanting to try this place for a while now. I’ve been to Yummy Seafood before, but had yet to try this place. Living in the Original Chinatown, surrounded by some of the best pho spots and amazing food up and down Bellaire, I thought I’d seen it all. But I still haven’t found another spot offering a short rib pho like this—especially one this big, tender, and well-prepared. Overall, Yummy Pho & Bo Ne delivered a standout bowl that’s definitely worth the visit. I’ll absolutely be back.

Yummy Pho no longer retains its authentic pho flavor, so if you're looking for the traditional taste, Yummy Pho is no longer a good choice. The broth is too strongly flavored with star anise, which throws off the balance of flavors. They use "hủ tiếu" noodles instead of pho noodles, so it's actually "beef hủ tiếu", not beef pho. I used to enjoy it and brought my family here, but it's not the same anymore, which is quite disappointing. The price increase doesn't match the quality. My family ordered both pho soup and stir-fried pho, and the stir-fried pho was a better choice because it resembled "mixed hủ tiếu", while "beef pho" is far from the real pho should be. Another drawback is that the glasses of water smelled strongly of detergent, so much so that I didn't dare drink them. I hope the restaurant will improve the quality.

Already ate half of it, delicious the “BBQ PORK spring roll”. It has the flame flavor also the sauce is different from other places. I like this sauce better!

We asked for the 47 and got a fried rice instead. Apparently the paper menu they have in store is different from the menu that they use to cook with/the menu online. We called when we got home and the worker said the menu we were looking at was the old menu and there is no way that there was an old menu out in the restaurant. So tell me what was the paper menu that was in the store that was in our hands… He told us to drive back and get a replacement, but we already left cause the worker double checked our items before we left, but with the other menu and not the paper one that is displayed in store.
