This place opened up in May, and we just found it this week. We viewed their website, which doesn't do this place justice. As the wife and I are sushi addicts, we decided to drop in. I'm so glad we did! Very warm and friendly staff! All smiles, and it's infectious! The food is amazing.. Unique twists on traditional fare with amazing flavors!

This is our new favorite local sushi restaurant in Katy! Staff is friendly and the food is delicious! Our favorites: Green tea: roasted and so flavorful Fried calamari: very crunchy! Soft shell crab: one crab cut into 4 pieces. Lightly battered and a family favorite. Beef bento box: very generous portions. I love the tempura and the teriyaki sauce is sweet and not too salty. Eel sashimi: grilled to perfection! Sushi was fresh and with good portions. Don't miss this hidden gem!

The service, food, and staff were excellent. The food presentation was beautiful. The wait staff checked on us continually throughout the meal. The price point was on par with other sushi restaurants. I'm very glad to have this restaurant in the area. If you like Japanese food, I highly recommend Yuki Hana.

Chelsea Dehoyos

A beautiful eatery with amazingly fresh foods and ample servings! The sake was amazing and the garnish on the plates were actual art pieces!! Every roll was delectable and the desserts were superb!! Highly , highly recommend 👌
