Horrible. Me and my cousin went to get some ice cream and there were cockroaches on the machines everywhere, I told to the worker and she didn’t even care. They were like “ok? Thanks.” And they didn’t even apologize? I wouldn’t recommend coming, just disgusting! I would like a refund to be honest.

My daughter loves this place. The owner/operator (Ms. Britney) is so nice; we love to visit with her. When my in-laws were in town, we took them here. My mother-in-law (who is a foodie) loved the yogurt and insisted that we go back the next day! In addition to yogurt, they have vanilla and chocolate soft serve ice cream as well. There is a large selection of toppings.

To the older woman (sorry if I’m mistaken about your age) who might be the owner: I honestly believe I was overcharged on purpose and then given a gift card that doesn’t even work, along with a fake smile, like that somehow makes it okay. When I tried to use the card at another store, they told me it was invalid. That doesn’t feel like an accident. Please don’t treat customers this way, especially customers of color. People aren’t dumb like you, and even children can tell what's going on! ---------- Update: After the owner’s response.. I want to be clear: I should'nt have used words like old or dumb.. That was out of line, and I apologize for that. Yes, you were polite to my family at the store, and I didn’t complain at the counter because I didn’t think it was worth arguing over such a small amount of money, especially in front of my kids. I was sure about the overcharge at the time, but when you gave me the $5 card, I let it go and checked my emotions. However, afterward, it was definitely invalid.. I also checked online and got the same result. That’s when I got angry. I’ve been a Yogurtland customer for over ten years and have visited many locations in TX, CA, and Vegas. I believe over five hundred times... I understand pricing by weight, and I had no issue with your store being more expensive than other locations in TX, even in higher rent areas. But the total at your store was clearly higher than it should have been, and the gift card number and receipt you gave don’t match. From my point of view, an overcharge followed by an invalid gift card doesn’t feel like an accident. So, I contacted Yogurtland customer support and sent them photos so they can review it. Again, I apologize for the personal comments I made about your age and for calling you dumb. That part was wrong.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great spot for a sweet treat. The place feels well-kept and welcoming, with fresh toppings and a good variety of flavors. Staff is friendly and quick, and the prices are fair for what you get. Perfect place when you want something cold and refreshing without the heavy ice cream feel.
