The cashier was the only good experience… ordered a 4 piece tender & 8 pc combo… after ringing us up, she told us that it would be a 15 minute wait… I came back in to grab the food, and they were still working on it, once I received the food and checked it in the car, I was heart broken!!! The fries ARE NOT the same(& missing seasoning I requested) I received a tender & 3 big boneless nuggets that they tried to pass off as tenders(sauce was also missing on the side) and the wings weren’t wet. Once my sister brought it back in, they seasoned the fries & sauced the wings.. and still left those 3 big nuggets in the container.. I will never be back at this location again. It’s honestly sad to see so many young adults with little to no care for their job… or work ethnic.

10/10 whole experience!!! And thank you to XENAIDA for exceptional customer service. And Jameal (guy in the photo) for his exceptional customer service. As I was ordering my food he was cleaning and checking in with the other customers making sure they were good and enjoying their meal. WHEW TOP TIER SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION!!!! There was also another employee who came in for her shift she didn’t waste no time assisting as I had a question. Y’all have a very happy Tuesday and work day!!!!!

At night this place gets packed, packed, packed, so expect a wait. Customer service could be better since no one acknowledged me when I walked in. My fries weren’t properly seasoned, but they were fresh, hot, and still delicious. The wings tasted like they may have been sitting out for a bit, which was surprising since I had to wait for my order. Parking can also be a headache. Overall, decent food, but there’s room for improvement.

Hot fresh lemon pepper wings . I requested all flats double cooked (extra crispy) and they didn't disappoint. Food was cooked to my liking.

Food was good but clearly not fresh enough as my stomach can always tell lol. However, the hot honey rub was really good compared to other stores in the area and the fries somehow didn't have a metallic taste at this store when the store down the road always leaves a metallic taste on the fries.
