Whiskey Cake

Had the most incredible experience eating at the bar top here on a business trip. Had a a fantastic bartender whose attitude and kindness made the experience very memorable. Shes been working there for over 5 years but was still kind, attentive and always knew what I needed. Decided to go with the Ribeye and deviled eggs. She even threw in an incredible whiskey cake that left me absolutely stuffed but satisfied. Couldn’t ask for a more when it comes to a friendly lowkey restaurant with good food. I will definitely be back for more.

Whiskey Cake Kitchen & Bar provided a seamless dining experience where nothing was out of place. The menu offers a unique, farm-to-table approach that is both delicious and deeply representative of the local region. Every dish was plated with stunning attention to detail. ​Most notably, our server (who assisted us on Sunday around 5–6 p.m. in the front-left section) exemplified the highest standards of service and hospitality. Her professionalism was so exceptional that it warranted a 35% tip. A premier destination for those who value discipline and quality in the kitchen.

While visiting family they took us to Whiskey Cake. It was a good choice. Jordan gave great service and helped us with menu questions and choices, and was very attentive. We had a charcuterie board, fish and chips, French onion burger, chicken and waffles, pan fried veggies and crunchy brussel sprouts. All of it tasted fresh and delicious. The atmosphere was calm and got a little louder as the night progressed and the tables filled. We loved the decor and interior design. Even the bathrooms had a cool vibe. If you’re in the area, I would definitely recommend a meal here. Well done all!

I had heard about Whiskey Cake but had never went to one. It lived up to its reputation! The food was excellent, the restaurant layout was cool, has a huge bar area and different configurations of seatings (booth, high tops, tables). Our waiter was very nice and had great recommendations on dishes. And this place obviously has a large whiskey selection. We had desserts to go and the whiskey cake was very good. I would revisit for sure.

Great music, great food, Remi (our server) was great! Definitely a good place to go whether you bring a date or group of people. We got the crab cake, charcuterie board and the spinach dip apps. The whisky raspberry mule was mixed perfectly too so you should really try the drinks! Went around 12:30 so it wasn't too crowded. We went a little extra on the all apps so we brought the Tavern Burger, the Rooster Royale chicken sandwich and the whisky cake home for dinner since we couldn't decide which to get lol
