Which Wich

I received a gift on my app from Valentine's Day and today was the last day to redeem it. I came to the store at 1001 Louisiana tunnels to get some assistance because I don't know what it covers or how to use it. While the staff were polite and courteous to me they didn't understand how to use it either. Why doesnt staff know and understand the promos? I spent 20 minutes of my lunch sitting there trying to figure it out by myself. No one checked on me no one even attempted to try to help me after my initial questions. You can't click on the promo and it doesn't give you any information not even in the email I was sent. Thank you.

Came in very first time and was greeted with cursing and very unprofessional responses between the workers not how I wanted to have my lunch hour go. Workers discussed their own behavior and said they really don’t care because they have other options. Just very distasteful and unprofessional very off putting!!!

I just ordered a sandwich off the menu and added one extra item. Didn’t know that I had to mark all the items on the bag for the sandwich I ordered. So I got a dry sandwich with gyro meat and banana peppers, the rest of the ingredients left off. I thought that was the point of ordering something off the menu if you are okay with what’s listed that is supposed to be on it…
