The steak was perfectly seasoned and tender, the cheese was gooey and melted just right, and the bread had that soft but slightly toasty texture that brings everything together. I went with the classic Philly, but they also have creative variations if you're feeling adventurous. The portion size was generous, definitely worth the price, and the staff were super friendly and fast with service. It’s clear they put love into their food. Whether you're a Philly native or just a cheesesteak fan, What the Philly is a must try. I'll definitely be back!

I ordered the Wholotta Philly combo and it was packed with lots of meat as promised! The Philly was super juicy with no skimping on the overall quantity and quality of the sandwich itself. Philly was well seasoned. I got half spicy & half seasoned fries. Next time I will not get the spicy fries because in my opinion the spicy fries could be seasoned with something else for you other than what I believe was paprika on the fries. Paprika spice was there but besides that it was bland. I also got the jalapeño cheddar bites and they were delicious! It had the perfect level of spiciness. The customer service was great! The guy was super helpful and had great recommendations! Food came out super hot! I originally planned to take it home to eat but my plans quickly changed after smelling the food! I would definitely visit again!

Our cheesesteaks were absolutely delicious! It seemed they got a large order just before ours so it took a bit longer than expected, but our food was received HOT and they were very apologetic. They even gave us a free coke which was appreciated. We loved both loved our sandwiches. The flavor was excellent and the quality of the meat was great. We ate every last bite of them! The waffle fries were hot and well cooked but lacked seasoning so we weren’t super impressed but considering we went for the cheesesteaks we would definitely return! Highly recommended.

This was my 3rd time visiting Food Truck Park and trying the What The Philly truck. Delicious taste and consistency. Cashier guy is super friendly and courteous. Must try the Big Daddy and What the Philly - Spicy. Will definitely come again. Wait time is not that bad either considering weekend rush overall.

Had an amazing philly cheese steak (whatthePhilly) sandwich at this food truck at moosa colony. There was a generous amount of meat and the portion was enough for me and my wife. Service was relatively fast as well.
