I ordered an apple fritter, a spinach pie and a halal sausage and egg crossaint. Instead of sausage I got bacon. I didn't realize until I left the store! The egg wasn't fresh. It was a patty! The apple fritter was WAY too sweet. The spinach pie was delicious. The sausage and bacon crossaint was just ok. I appreciate the halal options but I wouldn't return.

Stepping into Westco Donut Sugar Land felt like discovering a true neighborhood gem, and it certainly lived up to all the buzz. From the moment I walked in, the friendly atmosphere and the aroma of fresh pastries instantly made me feel welcome. It's clear why this family-run business has such a loyal following. The donuts are, without a doubt, exceptional. Each bite was a delightful, melt-in-your-mouth experience – truly some of the freshest I’ve had. Beyond the classic donuts, their selection of kolaches and croissant sandwiches is impressive. I particularly appreciated the variety, including their thoughtful provision of halal beef and chicken kolaches, which is a fantastic inclusion. The service was top-notch; the staff were incredibly kind and attentive, making the visit even more pleasant. It's the kind of place where you feel genuinely valued as a customer. With plenty of free parking and a quiet, relaxed setting, it’s perfect for a quick stop or a relaxed morning treat. Westco Donut Sugar Land is definitely my new go-to for delicious, fresh donuts and a warm, welcoming experience. Highly recommend!

6/7/26: 10/10 would recommend. The owners are super friendly and kind, and actively remember and interact with their customers. There are a variety of halal options and all are immensely delicious. Additional honorable mentions for their cronuts and Thai tea, which are my absolute favorites. Based off my conversation today with the owner, she told me that they regularly donate leftovers to charities, hospitals, schools, etc., so extra bonus points for active community engagement. Would recommend their halal spicy beef kolache, Thai tea, and cronuts. An absolute gem of a small business in the community!

I loved this place since I was a little girl and refuse to eat donuts from anywhere else! Their donuts are the best I’ve ever had.
