Weazie's Select Sweets

One of my favorite dessert places in Katy, TX is Sweet Intensity. They create delicious macarons fresh daily, and the texture is spot on. My favorite macaron there is the crème brûlée. I heard about this place on the Fort Bend Foodies FB page many times. I drove by and had to stop. I was really impressed by the huge variety of macaron flavors (2 dozen+) and they are so delicious and made in house. The iced latte was also really great quality. The spinach Danish was really unique with a spicy garnish sprinkled on top. Yum! I plan on returning with my girlfriends soon!

One of the best carrot cakes I've had in a while (though pricey at $9.99/slice). The cream cheese icing was not too sweet. The flat white I ordered was disappointing, unfortunately. The foam was thick and dense, which is fine for a cappuccino, but a flat white microfoam should be thinner and velvety. My search continues for a proper flat white...

The owner was so sweet and suggested which macarons were the best sellers. My favorite is the creme brûlée! The pistachio latte is made from real pistachio sauce not just the syrup. She was very passionate about what she does. 10/10 and we are definately coming again 💕

Oh my! Their tiramisu is truly delicious. Creamy texture. Buttery in an unexpected way. Excellent flavor profile. I would come here again. Enjoyable jazz on their sound system.
